• Performant sales targets according to the Bank’s products and services.
• Actively looking for customers to implement the received sales plan.
• Implementation of the Bank’s promotional programs.
• Evaluate market situation and the area to advise Branch Manager.
• Making and executing client marketing plans.
• Guide, introduce, consult products, services, financial solutions packages suitable for customers.
• Collecting, synthesizing and managing customer information to serve business and customer care.
• Cross-selling products and services of the Bank.
•  Evaluating client’s loan application, loan plan and collateral appraisal.
• Verify the reality of the customer to assess the production and business situation and the customer’s financial ability; collect and complete documents in accordance with the Bank’s credit granting regulations
• Take direct responsibility for the credit quality of the records in charge.
• Responsible for urging customers to pay debts on time.
• Perform post-lending checks and distribute and re-valuate collateral assets according to regulations.

• Bachelor Degree: Economics, Accounting, Finance, Banking and Marketing
• English Language: Good
• Computer: All working software for office use.
• At least 03 years working in management position, experience in customer service, selling all banking products and service.
• Responsibility of duties.
• Abilities to service customer and create relationship with customer
• Ability to service and care.
• Objective: Selling products and services and provide consultation achieved from 100% up from the plan.
• Customer satisfaction 100%
• Percentage of error in servicing customer 0%
• Provide customer information to other department completed and fast.
• Number of opinion and request to change products and services or suggest new product in order to meet customer need at lease 2 request / year.
